The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) is a one-stop state agency empowered to assist investors
to set up businesses or enter into joint ventures with their local partners in Ghana. GIPC assists all
enterprises in their dealings with government officials, providing advice as well as serving as a facilitator
to ensure unimpeded establishment and operation of business in Ghana. The Centre’s mandate enables it
to facilitate and assist in the granting of immigration/expatriates’ quota, exemption from import duties
and enjoyment of tax reliefs/incentives by the relevant government bodies as prescribed by applicable
laws and rules.
